Quantifind is proving that artificial intelligence is not merely an overhyped buzzword in fighting financial crimes. We have spent a decade building a platform that extracts predictive signals from messy consumer chatter, forums and news in order to help Fortune 500 brands drive revenue, manage crisis response, and discover employee misconduct. Over the past eighteen months, we have launched a new vertical in AML and anti-fraud, leveraging our platform to help financial crimes investigators. We have partnered with one of the largest banks in the world, deploying our solution in production, and have recently signed on several new banks.  In addition, we have built channel partnerships with some of the leaders in the field. Early wins are exciting, but we are now looking for an experienced Director of Sales to immediately help expand our customer base and guide the path to scalable growth.

Who You Are

What a Great Candidate Looks Like:

  • You have a track record of success in enterprise software sales in the general area of compliance and risk management
  • You have sold to BSA officers and Chief Risk Officers at banks and financial institutions.
  • You have relevant experience selling and installing risk management software tools within financial institutions and/or insurers
  • You come to us with your own client contacts which will convert to new Quantifind sales leads
  • You have impeccable communication skills and can translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • You have experience managing both technical and business relationships through a complex sales process, including IT, operations, and security
  • You are conversant in relevant technology and technical concepts including machine learning/AI, hosted SaaS, and agile software development
  • You are conversant in applicable regulations and technology security certifications

The Opportunity We Offer

Quantifind is seeking a Director of Sales for Financial Crimes to help us to streamline the sales process and build a great enterprise sales organization to capitalize on this market opportunity. You will be our first permanent sales hire for our Financial Crimes business; accordingly, you will garner immediate respect and authority within the organization as we seek to align our products with the needs of our customers. You will report directly to the Vice President of Analytics, and you will be working closely with our Engineering and Product teams as well as our Co-Founders.

Initially, you will be asked to pitch in on various fronts, including identifying and pursuing new leads, navigating the sales process for established prospects, evangelizing Quantifind’s value proposition, leading Proof of Concept (POC) engagements, and contributing to product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
