Senior HR Generalist

You have prior HR Generalist experience and are excited to partner with Quantifind’s exceptional team members in a fast-paced tech environment. You have expertise in handling day-to-day HR functions, as well as advising managers on performance issues and career development. Your HR experience includes creating and administering HR policies, coordinating semi-annual performance reviews, employment visa sponsorships, confidential maintenance of employee records, employee relations, manager coaching, onboarding, exit interviews, and benefits administration.

Above all else, you are resourceful, adaptable and possess a high degree of learning agility. You can quickly establish credibility and trust with team members and enjoy being the go-to person for team members. What a Great Candidate Looks Like:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources field; start-up experience preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
  • Punctual and reliable with exceptional follow through
  • Sound judgement and strict confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: written, verbal and listening
  • Ability to identify business risks associated with HR issues so you can advise the appropriate parties with recommendations for solutions
  • Proficiency in G Suite applications and MS Office Suite

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working with a PEO (e.g. Insperity)
  • Experience with compensation comparison tools
  • Experience with employment visa sponsorships
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse.io
  • SHRM or PHR certification

The Opportunity We Offer

In this role, you will work closely with the executive team and managers to create professional development opportunities for team members. You will play a key role in designing and implementing programs that build employee engagement and retention. You will have the opportunity to attend a variety of HR conferences and meet-ups throughout the year, allowing you to stay current on best industry practices while networking with other HR professionals in the Bay Area.

This position is based in our Menlo Park headquarters and reports to our co-founder. You  will support team members in our satellite offices in New York City and Washington, D.C., as well as support a handful of remote team members across the US.
